Send buyer a shipping label to return an unwanted item
I sent the buyer the wrong item. I refunded her money and I want to pay return shipping and send her a paid label. How do I do that?

Mentor8 months agoSince you refunded the buyer you will not be able to send the buyer a return label through eBay. Keep in mind that once you refunded eBay cannot force the buyer to return the item to you since the refund signaled the end of the purchase to eBay.
