Send back an item to the seller
When you need to send an item back to the seller don’t they sent out a QR code to return or they they can also send a barcode ? Does USPS be able to use the barcode for return ?

You need to file an official return claim via the item in your eBay Purchase history: Purchases | Myebay | eBay
Since you have not provided any details - Depending on the Seller's return policy, the reason you want to return the item, etc. your claim will either be denied or eBay will issue you a Pre-paid return shipping label. This Help page covers the return label process, it does not mention a QR code. Return shipping for buyers | eBay
