Where can I refund a buyer as the item they received did not work and they don’t have to return it

Where can I refund a buyer as the item they received did not work and they don’t have to return it

Mentor2 years agoIf the buyer has not opened a return, you can go to your sold items and select ‘send refund’ from the menu next to that item.
If there is a return open, go to the return and click ‘refund buyer now’.
