Send a quote to a buyer who has purchased before
I have a buyer who wants another item I have listed. The buyer asked for a quote. How do I send a quote, through, eBay messaging to the buyer? Thanks

You can tell the buyer a price ina reply message, but to sell it you will have to set up a listing. Since anyone can buy the listing, set the price very high with best offer. Then only accept the agreed upon offer from your selected buyer. Let them know this process before you list 🙂
