Send a buyer a return label
My account is set up so the buyer pays for return shipping. In this instance I have agreed to pay for return shipping. From talking to a customer service person I believe I have some buttons "missing" on my return summary page (because buyer pays for return shipping) and I do not have the ability to purchase a label through Ebay and email it to them. What is the best way to purchase a media mail return label and email it?

Provide your own pre-paid label
If you’d rather the buyer use your preferred shipping carrier for return shipping, or if an eBay label isn’t available, you can provide your own return label.
When using your own carrier, make sure to upload the label and tracking details to the buyer’s return request. For items that have a total cost of $750 or more, signature confirmation is required.
Here’s how to send your own label from the View return details section:
You can buy the return shipping label on USPS click and ship and save it as a JPEG. The label will cost the same as eBay shipping labels since it's Media Mail.
Let me know if you get stuck with these steps as there's another work around.
