You can check your account to see if you canceled the sale. If you did cancel then your back up payment method for selling costs will be charged unless you have available funds from another sale to refund the buyer with.

eBay customer service can't "un- cancel" an order.
If a refund is in process there is no way to stop it. You might want to try a package intercept and redirect the package back to you.
eBay can't force the buyer to pay if you send them the item for free.
