Selling/wrong address
I am a seller. The mug that I sold came back. I got in touch with the buyer, she said she accidently sent the item to her old address and that I should be getting it back. I did get it back. She wanted to Zelle or Venmo me the shipping fees. I said "no" that eBay would kick me off the platform. She said "I will let you do what you want". I want to send her the mug through eBay but don't know how to get her to buy a new label. I don't think it's fair that I pay for her shipping. Please help. I have sent so many messages to eBay, no response! Thank You

The easiest way to handle this is to refund the Buyer minus any original shipping they paid and then relist. She can repurchase with the correct address.
By refunding you will get most of your selling fees back.
