I don't know if eBay will allow you to enroll in spendable funds without having established a payout method, but I'm guessing no. Go to your payment account and see if there is a box with a link 'enroll now' under spendable funds. https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary

You cannot sell on Ebay without a bank account on file in order for Ebay to deposit your payouts from your sales.

Mentor3 years agoYou must provide a checking account to receive your payouts from selling. There is no other option for getting paid.
