Selling vintage offroad motorcycle no title
I have a vintage off road only motorcycle I want to list on eBay motors, it has a clean vin number and I have a bill of sale from the past owner, it was never issued a title because it was used on race tracks only.
Can I sell it with offing a bill of sale only on eBay motors?
