Question

I prepared a listing after giving my account information and when I clicked on list it I got this red box message: It appears that you havenâ€™t provided the required information to confirm your identity or financial data. Until we receive that information, your listing and communication activity have been restricted to ensure a safe trading environment for you and the eBay community.

What more do I have to do. I have sold on Ebay many times but not lately.

Here are some common issues
- The email and phone number listed here must be marked "verified": https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile

- Your Bank Account name MUST -exactly- match your eBay Account Name. First Middle Last
- Your Bank Account MUST be a Checking Account.
- If you have a Business Checking Account, your eBay Account must be a "Businessâ€ type.
- Your profile address must be a street address. (Your shipping address can be different)

-- There are two ways to link most major bank accounts.

One way is the "log in" method, the other is by microdeposits.

âœ“ Has eBay sent you Microdeposits? That is a 2 step process. Once you get them, you have to go back to eBay to confirm the amounts.

Scroll to the bottom of the page, then 3 or 4 clicks

1) Click "Contact Us"

In THAT Chat Window
2) Type "I need help" in that chat window
3) Click "Selling"
4) Type "Agent"
5) Click â€œHave Us Call Youâ€ (or "Chat with an Agent")
