What is the item number?
Not all items can ship to all locations due to import restrictions. I looked at a few of your listings and the toys do not appear to be eligible for the eBay International Shipping Program.
This means that YOU are direct shipping to the buyers internationally and assume all risk for items that are lost/ late, damaged in shipment or the buyer SAYS it's not as described.
You can revise a listing to add shipping methods IF the listing does not have bids, open offers or less than 12 hours left on the listing.
I do see the EIS program on this listing>

However you are direct shipping in addition to the EIS program.
The UK has many restrictions on toys.
