@proffp I checked your listings and you are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program so there is no need to exclude any countries. If an item is not allowed to be imported into a certain country then eBay will block that country in the shipping section. Also if the country is risky to ship to you don't have to worry because eBay handles the refunds.
I like to use the eBay International Shipping Program. It's easy to use and all you have to do is ship the item to the EIS package forwarding center in the US. Once the package leaves the US eBay handles all refund requests and you keep the sale, this is a great benefit for sellers.
I posted some new items that appear to be active but can not find them when I do a search from another browser. Even tried using the item number/ What am I doing wrong?
If you would share an item number I can take a look at the listings.
Listings can take about 24 -30 hours before they can be searched for on the site. The first few listing are the slowest to index to the site, after that it's much quicker. However during busy times the servers can be overloaded and it takes longer.
If your listing is on this active listings page then it's just waiting it's turn in the queue to index to the site. https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
