Hi,
I'm exploring selling a few video game copies to EU (Germany/Austria mainly). I have an individual account and I have international shipping program turned on.
Question 1: What do people from EU that browse my (US) listing see about my address?
Do they only see city+country or will they see full address + phone #? I see conflicting information about that and ebay AI says I need to add 'Public Business Information' in my account but I do not have that option under accounts and also not anything related in the draft listing.
Question 2: ebay AI says for Germany I need to comply with German packaging act and submit some info (https://www.ebay.com/sellercenter/growth/going-global/german-packaging-act). Does that apply to individual accounts? Any other requirements for EU?
