selling to Canada
I have a customer in Canada trying to purchase a listing but gets the following message:
"Unfortunately, this seller won't ship this item to AB, Canada. You can:
- Update your shipping address and try again.
- Or find similar items from another seller."
This listing has no excluded locations. Any other ideas of what could be preventing the sale?

This listing does not offer an option listed to ship to Canada.

Mentor1 year agoIt normally means that there is something wrong in the shipping section so it cannot determine the shipping charge to the buyer. Without know exactly which listing the buyer is trying to purchase it is hard to say what may be wrong.
