Selling to buyers with less than 10 feedback
As a Seller, is there a setting I can put in place that will not accept a bid or purchase from someone with less than 10 feedback? I have been burned by someone with 2 or less feedback by claiming I shipped the wrong item and requesting a refund. Ebay automatically isssued them a refund without me granting permission. The buyer was protected more than the seller.
