Selling To Australia Customers Restricted
A buyer from Australia tried to purchase an item from us and got a message saying we did not sell to customers in Australia. We do not have an Exclusion set for Australia so I can't figure out why eBay says we don't sell to Australia Customers. We are a Top Rated seller and the size of the package is within spec so I don't know why our item can't be sold in Australia. Anyone have any tips as to what I should look at?
