Selling through Amazon
Is sellers allowed to sell their product they buy cheaper through Amazon and ship directly to Ebayer buyers from Amazon bec that is what is happening. Just took at where the person is located at, (ex Israel) and listing has a Tx address and packages received are from Amazon.

Mentor1 year agoIt depends on the exact circumstances. eBay sellers who also sell on Amazon are allowed to use the Amazon Fulfillment Service to ship their items. This is within both eBay and amazon rules and policies.
However, if the eBay seller just lists an item and then when the item sells they find an Amazon seller with the item and make a purchase from them and have them ship to their buyer then this is against eBay rules and if they are using their Prime account it will be a violation of Amazon policy.
So as you see there is no one answer to this question. If you receive your item delivered by Amazon and it has a gift receipt in the box then you should report the seller to eBay for a violation of policy.
