Selling Sports/Non-Sports Cards
How are sellers able to sell sports cards for $1 with free shipping and not lose money on every transaction? The math isn't mathing. Say you have absolutely no money invested in the card or the supplies, the final value fee is 43 cents and postage is 64 cents. That means you would lose 7 cents per transaction and that doesn't take into consideration whether sales tax was collected which would increase the FV fee.

Mentor2 years agoI believe those sellers are counting on the buyers making multiple purchases in order to save on combined shipping.
