Selling sample size makeup
Purchased some makeup from sunflower that turns out too be sample sizes which clearly state not for individual sale. And was charged almost $30.00 and the seller refuses to accept return and refund my money. File a claim with ebay and they won’t allow me to appeal the refusal.
This is clearly fraud. Any assistance with this issue and provider will be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Were the sizes not indicated on the listing page? Do you have an item # or link to the listing.
Regarding the $30 you were "charged", you agreed to pay the price when you made the purchase.

OP3 years agoFirst of all, selling sample sizes is illegal. Specifically when it’s stated not for individual sale.

It doesn't have to be mentioned that it is a 'sample size' ... as long as the ounces (or other unit of measurement) is correct.
Samples are allowed to be sold on eBay. They just aren't allowed to be sold in retail stores where they are given as 'gifts' when the buyer purchases another item.
