Selling Restrictions

Would someone post a contact phone # in the U.S. for customer service. I have been a vendor on Ebay for 26 years and recently, due to medical issues as well as updating all of my inventory, I removed all of my postings.

My hiatus lasted 3 months, something I never did during the 26 years I have been selling.

Ebay is now treating me as a "newbie" and severely restricted my aggregate listing total to $4500, refusing to look at my past selling history. My previous monetary limit was $750,000.

I called the customer service # which is evidently in the Phillipines (?) and they were less than helpful, citing issues that were over a year old, with only a couple that were within the last 6 months ( Part of the reason for the hiatus to revamp my inventory)

My current seller status in all categories is 100%

Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
