I would appreciate some advice regarding a selling restriction on my account.
I have been selling since 2018 and I have 100 percent positive feedback with over 160 reviews. My seller level is Above Standard. I have no defects, no late shipments and no unresolved cases.
The issue happened during a temporary postal service problem from my country to the USA. Because of that I had to cancel several orders, but all buyers were informed and agreed.
There is no negative feedback or open cases on my account.
Support told me the restriction cannot be changed, so I am asking if anyone here can guide me on what I can do next.
I am willing to limit shipping to Europe to avoid any future problems.

Mentor5 months agoHow many orders did you cancel? Years ago, I had to cancel 3 orders and that caused me to be Below Standard. It took me several months but I was finally able to become Above Standard.

OP5 months agoI canceled around 10 to 12 orders during a short period.
This was due to a temporary postal service problem from my country to the USA. All buyers were informed and agreed to the cancellations.
Outside of this, my account has had no issues since 2018 with 100 percent positive feedback and no defects or unresolved cases.
