Selling restricted

Question

Hi everyone, I'm trying to list an item. A message keeps coming up selling privileges restricted due to account is connected to an account already restricted. I've only got one account. Can anyone help?

-Accounts become "Associated" when they access eBay on the same IP address, have the same street address, etc.

-If you accessed your account on someone else's system (computer, wi-fi, etc) then your accounts are associated and if one gets a restriction they both or all will. Some accounts wind up being permanently banned

-If someone came to your home, used your wi-fi and have an eBay account they access on their phone then the accounts are associated

-You can try contacting eBay and asking specifically for the Trust and Safety Department, they deal with this type of situation

Sorry, not much you can do until the account that is suspended gets their account fixed.

It could be someone that used your wifi, or you used someones wifi that was suspended.

Any account they associate with that wifi connection could be suspended.

Do you have a family member that sold and was restricted? Roommate? Anyone that shares your IP address?
