Selling Restricted
I'm in a catch 22. While moving in January, several totes I had items in were lost/stolen. As fate would have it, five of these items sold and I had to cancel the orders. At that point, my ability promote my listings was taken away-causing my sales to plummet. I've been at below standard and now I'm only able to post $4500 per month. It appears the only way out of this is to sell-but since I cannot post AND I cannot edit listings, I'm stuck. I also have a basic store-which seems like a waste of $$ since I've been cutoff. Contacting eBay for any sort of help has been futile. Suggestions?

Mentor10 months agoThere is little help that customer service can give you. The defects on your account last for one full year so they will be falling off after January. You might be able to cancel your store subscription but if you had an annual plan then you will be charged an early termination fee for ending early.
