Selling protection
Hi, I’m wondering if buyer has 0 history of buying and keep betting. How can possible know if he is a serious buyer? It’s happened to me at the last sell as well.
thank you

If you're talking about the (0) feedback bidder for the golf clubs, you've already cancelled his bid. I can't fault you for being cautious, but if every seller cancels bids based on a buyer's zero feedback, those buyers would never get a foothold and be unable ever to establish a feedback reputation*. Note, the term for that action is bidding not betting.
*edited to add the footnote ~~ A (0) buyer would be able to build feedback by buying Buy It Now items, but a newbie might not realize that.

Mentor1 year agoThere is no way to know if the bidder is serious. Did you make sure that you turned on the Auto Pay feature for your auctions in your buyer requirements? It is too late now if you did not have this set but you can turn it on for the future. When this is set the bidder must enter a payment source before they can make a bid. Then if they win the payment source will be charged in one hour. Keep in mind that if you allow combined shipping the winner gets up to seven days to pay.
