Selling procedure
Mostly a buyer, but recently decided to sell something. Went through the process at the end of which eBay would send a code. I selected a (voice) phone call. Voice said "Were you expecting a this call?" I couldn't understand the prompt so hit a number key. Line went dead. Tried four times and then got barred. So, 1)what is the proper response to the question? Maybe a spoken "yes"? 2) How can I get back in the good graces of eBay and try again?
