selling performance
Have been selling on eBay for over 30 years and now our selling performance is below standard. We are restricted from listing or changing prices, etc. We should not be restricted because buyers are NOT buying these days due to war, gas prices, food prices, etc.
What can we do to improve sales if we cannot list??

eBay is showing that you currently have over 1,600 active listings.
Often times, Sellers can be restricted if they have too many orders canceled for being out of stock, and/or have had cases opened against them by their Buyers that eBay had to step in to resolve.
If you go to your Seller Hub, you will see in your Seller Performance, the metrics that are causing you to be Below Standard. You should also see the Issue Resolution Center in your Seller Hub. That might also give you more information.
Once you are Below Standard, it is very difficult to recover from that, but not impossible. The main thing is to not cancel any orders and be sure to resolve things with your Buyers.
