Selling performance
eBay says that they are not happy with my selling performance. First I’m selling penny’s and have true customers repeat buyers. Anyway I’m trying to sell higher priced items now and they have me shirt off. Why do they want to shut me off when they still get their fees?

-Why are they "shutting you off" and what exactly does that mean? Temporary suspension? Permanent suspension?
-You have sold 20 items in the last 90 days ... I suspect it may have something to do with shipping via eBay Standard Envelope on your low end stuff.
-Are you planning to grow this into a business or is this sort of like hobby selling? More higher value items might benefit you in the long run. Thigs you can ship with door to door tracking to bolster your Seller Metrics and general performance.
