Your active listings show that you are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program (eIS). You can still send your package with free shipping to the eBay domestic hub in Glendale Heights, Illinois. eBay will then charge your customer to get it from Illinois to their country. As the Seller, you would have no control of those costs.
Keep in mind that even if you are enrolled in eIS, not all items can ship to all countries. This is due to safety, packaging and other international regulations.
