Hello,
ebay customer service doesnt exist? wow, this is a horrible place, you'd think for the huge cut they take you could talk to someone.
My question is, someone wants to buy something cheaper than the sale price, I want to sell , what do I do next? I don't want to ship it to him before he pays so what do I do?

Mentor1 year agoYour item for sale has "best offer" on it.
Tell your buyer to send a best offer through the eBay process. When you get the offer there will be an accept offer button for you to select.
If the buyer is trying to go around the eBay system they may be trying to take advantage of you.
