Selling of One Dollar Silver Certificates

I am selling 8-One Dollar Silver Certificates for $4.00 each and in the description, I listed the different series of each dollar. I sold and mailed One dollar to buyer and now buyer want to cancel for a refund since I didn't send 4-One Dollar Silver Certificates as were pictured. I assumed the buyer would understand that the $4.00 price was for each dollar since I would have no reason to sell all 4-Silver Certificates for $4.00 when I could just use them to purchase something and not go to the trouble of trying to sell them on eBay. What should I do?

Mentor4 months ago@arkhog34 Accept the return, pay return shipping and get the item back OR refund without a return are your options.
Never show more items in the photo than is included in your listing. The description and photos must match.
You should have shown a photo of one and had a quantity of 4
OR you create 4 different listings so that you have good condition photos for each bill.
