Selling multiple items to one person

I have a customer that wants to buy multiple cards. We have agreed on a price, how do I make the invoice and send it to them?

The buyer would have to officially purchase each card and then you can send a revised invoice with a reduced shipping charge. Make sure that you do not require immediate payment since you cannot revise the invoice if payment has already been made. Otherwise you would have to set up combined shipping rules that would apply to all of your listings.

First turn on Combined Payments in your Shipping Preferences and then in your Buyer Requirements make sure immediate and advanced payment method is off. Then have your buyer put everything in his Shopping Cart and click on Request a Total.

Or you can just create a new listing with all the cards they want at the agreed on price.
