Selling multiple items - purchaser getting odd error message
I have 10 identical items for sale, under one listing - purchasers can choose how many they want to buy. Purchaser wants 2...but is getting a message saying that the vendor only allows 1 to be bought every 10 days. I have no idea what that is about, obviously I want to be able to sell as many as possible as quickly as possible.
Ebay 'help' is absolutely non-existent other than the stupid AI thing which makes me want to pull my hair out it is so useless.
Any ideas anyone?!
