Selling more than one of an item individually
I have 5 of the same item and I want to sell them for 15.00 each, do I need to list each separately or do I put down a quantity of 5 and the buyer indicates how many he wants to buy at 15.00 each?

Since you are a new seller I would not suggest setting up a Multi quantity listing right off the bat. If you did that and a buyer wanted to buy 2 of them they would be charged the full shipping price for each item they bought. Either list them separately or wait until you have more selling experience before setting up a multi quantity listing.
I see you've sold your first two items in the last couple of days and hopefully you know about the hold ebay places on new sellers payments. If you didn't know about it and haven't shipped the items yet you need to open the link below to learn how to get the funds released.

Even though the payment status on your account shows Pending Processing the funds are there and you can use the amount you stated for shipping to buy shipping labels through ebay, which will automatically upload the tracking number to the listing, so that ebay and the buyer will know you have shipped the item. If you do not buy the labels through ebay, you will have to pay for them out of pocket and manually upload the tracking number to the sold item page.
