Selling makeup through global shipping

Hi! Recently eBay removed my listed lipsticks from Global Shipping. Now I have an offer from Great Britain for one of my eyeliners.
Is there a general limitation on shipping makeup internationally?

I also read, somewhere, that shipping to Great Britain has been problematic.

Would appreciate clarification.

@merryterry711 I do NOT recommend trying to direct shipping cosmetics yourself to the UK due to the import restrictions. You have to have a responsible party representing you in the UK.

I recommend blocking buyers in locations you do not ship to in account settings. This will keep buyers from trying to purchase items they can't pay for> https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
