Selling low wih high shipping costs
Tired of seeing $100 or more for shipping within the US for Lego sets. The buyers are ripping the buyer and eBay off. They sell an item low, so eBay gets a smaller cut and then charge a lot for shipping and keep the extra shipping charges for more in their pockets. While it might be a practice that vendors the seller these high shipping charges are just wrong

·2 years agoEBay charges their fees on the entire amount, shipping included.
This is because of the very reason that you mentioned.

OP2 years agoComparing 2 sellers; one charges 89.99 for product and 9.95 for shipping from California, and the second charges 39.99 for the same product with shipping of 79.00 from Texas How can shipping, using the same carrier and same method be so different? Could eBay send reminder tips to all users that might better inform them?
