Selling Limits on Ebay
Hello everyone I have had a Ebay account for over 21 years or more. I just decided to try and sell some items on Ebay. I have purchased over 149 items myself on Ebay. So I go to post a Baseball card for $8.95 and see that I can only list 35 items per month and can only sell $500.00 a month. I have family and friends who also have a Ebay account and when they started to sell products on Ebay they can post 250 items a month and have over $10,000 a month selling limits. They also just started to sell on Ebay and have that much higher selling limit. If I open a Ebay store account would this increase my selling limit ? Just very confused why I can only sell 35 items pers month and $500.00 in total sales. I have a ton of things to sell and it looks like I will not be able to. Anyone have any advice ? Thanks

Mentor3 years agoNo, opening a store does not increase your limit.
The best thing to do is sell for a few months within your limits - as long as you have no issues, eBay will increase your limits.
You can try asking customer service to increase your limit. Sometimes verifying your identity with them will allow them to bump it up for you.

·3 years agoNo, subscribing to a store will not change your limits.
Just list and sell what you can without any problems and they'll start increasing your limits.
