Selling Limit Increase
First question is an you provide a customer service number that is reachable. I called twice today, once at 2:00Pm and a second time at 3:30. The response was that it was outside their business hours?
Second question is regarding selling limits. I just started selling some high value items in some new categories, despite having sold alot of other categories. I am limited to $100,000 per month according to their policy. On 6/27 they increased my limit by a very small amount without my asking and it was insufficient. Now they are saying I must wait another month to increase it. What to do.
