selling limit increase
Hello,
I need help:
My personal eBay account run out of listings amount and I made a subscription to Basic eBay store ($21,95/mo with 1-yr plan), but the limit didn't increase and I don't see payment in my transactions.
Don't understand what's wrong ðŸ˜
When I push the button "Request a limit increase" - "unfortunately you're not eligible..." need to wait a month...
Sincerely yours,
Sofia

Mentor3 years agoYou have only had this account for 10 days. I would contact Customer Service and see if they can cancel your store subscription and NOT charge you for early termination, and if they do, you wait until your listing limits are up to 250 listings per month before you think about a store subscription.

Waiting for half a month till next evaluation? I'm above expectations seller.
This is insane, there should be another decision.
Need a decision

Mentor3 years ago@sofiahouse Unfortunately, eBay has already made their decision if you requested an increase in your Selling limits but were declined for now. Be glad that you got off to a good start, not every Seller does.
I sincerely hope your success continues!

Here is a link to the Help Pages for Selling limits. You have two, one for the total number of listings you can have per month and the other for the total dollar amount you can have per month. Selling limits are NOT affected by owning an eBay store, meaning opening a store does NOT increase your Selling limits.
