Selling Limit Data Discrepancy – Amount Limit Changed from HKD 190.9M to HKD 4M

I am experiencing a serious issue with the Selling Limits shown on my eBay seller account, and I would appreciate help from eBay staff or anyone who has experienced something similar.
Recently, my selling limits were increased to approximately:
648,000 items
HKD 190.9M amount limit
However, immediately after the increase, I noticed that the “listed and sold” usage figures were clearly inconsistent with my actual inventory. At that time, Seller Hub showed only around 1,746 items / HKD 2.5M listed and sold, while I actually had around 10,000 active listings with a much higher total listing value.
Shortly afterward, the limits changed again.
My account now shows approximately:
1.3M item limit
HKD 4M amount limit
The situation has become even more unusual because Seller Hub currently shows:
5,669 listed and sold / 1.3M item limit
HKD 8M listed and sold / HKD 4M amount limit
So the system is currently showing my listed and sold amount at approximately twice my total selling amount limit.
My account performance is in good standing:
Top Rated
Transaction defect rate: 0.00%
Late shipment rate: 0.00%
Cases closed without seller resolution: 0.00%
Tracking uploaded on time: 99.52%
My recent business performance is also stable:
Last 31 days sales: approximately USD 411,000
Last 90 days sales: approximately USD 770,000
Year-to-date sales: over USD 1.05M
Approximately 9,590 active listings
I have already contacted eBay Customer Service and the Selling Limits team, but the responses keep explaining general selling limit policies.
This is not simply a request for a higher selling limit.
I am trying to understand why an already-approved HKD 190.9M amount limit suddenly changed to HKD 4M, while the item limit increased to approximately 1.3M, and why the “listed and sold” figures have repeatedly been inconsistent with the actual account data.
Could an eBay staff member please help escalate this for review of the account’s Selling Limit change history, backend configuration, and usage calculation?
I can provide screenshots showing the previous limits, current limits, active listings, sales data, and seller performance.

If you are registered and selling on the eBay Hong Kong site, have you contacted their Customer Service? I don't know that the staff from the eBay U.S. site can access your account to assist you.
