SELLING LIMIT
I moved in February to another town and one of my boxes of items for sale was buried in storage. Unfortunately i couldn't get to these items and had to refund 11 items in 14 day span. Now Ebay limited amount i could list to 550 items and selling limit $1600. Ive been deleting much of my listings so that only higher priced items and fast sellers but want to know will the selling limit start over on Nove,mber 1st? I have dropped amount of listed items down to 450 items and under $1600. Will i be able to start listing again on November 1st

The other thing you want to check is your Seller level on your Seller Dashboard. If you used the Out of stock reason when you cancelled then your account received some rather bad defects: Seller Dashboard | eBay
If your account drops to the Below Standard level you will be limited with how many items you can list. On November 1 (tomorrow) you might be able to list BUT may be limited as to how many new items or Relistings you can process.

Selling limits are a combination of active + sold. On the first of the month the sold part resets to 0, so then you can list up to the full amount of your limit again.
