selling item for local pick up only

What is your procedure when you are selling something for local pick up only? How do you get the buyer your address for that local pick up?

Once an item has been purchased via Local Pick up you and the Buyer are allowed to exchange personal contact information via eBay messaging without getting the messages blocked. If they pay in full you as the Seller also get their phone number in the transaction history.

I have always used eBay messaging to FIRST establish communication and if the Buyer shares their phone number then I know I have their permission to use it.
