how do you speak with a live person at ebay i’m having a issue i sold something but was trying to cancel sale it wouldn’t allow me to it said to wait until after the sale ends and ask buyer to cancel but it’s not allowing him to cancel or myself it’s all just automated i’m going crazy can you guys out the give me any suggestions??????

Mentor2 years ago@redsu-36 Buyers can't cancel a sale, they can only REQUEST for a sale to be canceled. You can cancel as buyer requested if they asked. Or you have to cancel as out of stock damaged, then don't relist for at least 60 days. You do get a defect for canceling as out of stock.
