Selling Issue
I primarily sell yarn. For the third time, eBay has allowed someone to purchase yarn that has been sold out. It appears that my inventory isn't being reduced on the website as I sell. Someone just "bought" 4 skeins of yarn. I can see the last time I sold it was 12/9 and it said I had 0 left then. As a long time seller with 100% feedback, I don't want to jeopardize it.
Has this happened to anyone? How do I prevent it?
