selling internationally
I am selling an item that I listed as shipping free. Someone has made an offer from overseas. I understand that I pay for shipping to the international shipping hub, but who pays for shipping to the other country?

The free shipping would cover sending it to the eBay hub in Glendale Heights, Ill. When the Buyer checks out, he/she will see what eBay will charge them to send it from Illinois to their country. A Seller has no control over what that cost it.
