selling international
Now, when I edit a garden seed listing it won't let me publish any changes unless I change my listing to domestic only. It says I am not allowed to sell that item internationally, but for the past seven years, many of my sales have been international. What's going on? Are seeds no longer allowed to be sold outside the USA? For many of my listings I am getting foreign sales except when I edit the listing.
