selling high amount item to a ebay buyer who has no readback

I have a buyer who joined ebay yesterday and they purchased the most expensive item I have. I have been scammed on here before so I dont want it to happen again . I want to cancel the order because I feel this is another scam !!!

You cannot cancel the transaction without serious consequences.

If you received notification from Ebay that the buyer has paid along with the shipping address, you must ship.

If the item is over $750, you must use signature confirmation delivery.
