I have this product it's a personal product it is legit and eBay keeps pulling it down saying it's counterfeit and it's not I have emailed who they said no answer I am trying to get a hold of eBay how do I get to this thanks in advance

If you received a VeRO notice you will have to follow the directions in the notice.
What type of item was it?

OP2 years agoI followed the VeRO emailed them and never got a response is there a phone number I can call

Is this just a single item or is this your main business?
Regardless do not relist until the VeRO member rescinds the complaint.
You can contact ebay below, but unless the matter has been cleared out by ebay legal don't risk relisting without further help to clear this up.
