Selling from Puerto Rico

Question

Hi, I'm trying to understand how to sell from Puerto Rico, a US territory. When posting a listing it said something about Overseas policy and doesn't let me sell my items. I don't understand how to get eBay to approve my request to sell. I've been a buyer since 2014.

@yolapr2014 eBay has for some odd reason included Puerto Rico in the "overseas warehouse policy".

I found this explanation that refers to the eBay Overseas Warehouse Policy that you are seeing:

Match Your Item Location: Ensure the "Item Location" zip code on your listings matches your registered profile zip code. Mismatches can trigger eBay's Overseas Warehouse Block Policy and flag your items as unauthorized "forward-deployed" goods. [1, 2]
