Selling from Puerto Rico
Hi, I'm trying to understand how to sell from Puerto Rico, a US territory. When posting a listing it said something about Overseas policy and doesn't let me sell my items. I don't understand how to get eBay to approve my request to sell. I've been a buyer since 2014.
