Mentor3 years agoShipping fees can be charge to your ebay account or your PayPal account. The option is at the very bottom of the create label page.
Your ebay account can be set so if it doesn't have enough funds payment is taken from your bank account or an alternative payment source like a credit card.
Your PayPal account can be set to use PayPal cash funds, your bank, or a credit card.
